Our Policies

In order to provide the best service possible to our clients, we have implemented the following policies:

Missed/No Show Appointments and Late Cancellations

We understand when life gets extra busy and occasionally an appointment may be missed for various reasons. Consideration is an important value at Sacred Tree. When an appointment is missed without providing ample notice, someone else who could have received therapeutic support is unnecessarily delayed in their personal healing journey.

For this reason, we require and appreciate a minimum of 24-48 hours notice for cancellations and reschedules.

If the cause of a cancellation or no show is not an emergency or urgent in nature, the following applies:

• For same day cancellations 100% of the treatment cost will be charged

• For missed/no show appointments 100% of the treatment will be charged

• For cancellations with 12-24 hours notice 50% of the treatment cost will be charged

Rescheduling will not be possible until payment for any of the above is received.

Late Arrivals

• For your first appointment (new clients only), please arrive 10 minutes prior to allow time to review required forms and ask any questions you may have.

• For all other appointments, please arrive 5 minutes prior to allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience.

• If you are late there is a possibility we will not have time to complete your treatment.

• If your treatment is cancelled or rescheduled due to lateness you will be subject to paying 100% of the treatment cost.
